Made-to-Order Products

Most Bailando Surf products are made to order. We generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal color preferences.

Please review the product description, size chart, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.

After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. A physical return may not be necessary.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Cancellations may be possible only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
